2 + 2 Bschool App
I'm a college junior at a non target studying a STEM major with a 3.9+ GPA going to a EB this summer. I recently got word that Harvard has a 2+2 program aimed for STEM majors where you apply and get accepted senior year of college (have to work two years before you actually go to the school though). I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with this program and any advice they could give? I understand high GMAT is necessary especially given my background, but is there anything else these programs are looking for?
Currently have multiple finance internships (PWM, boutique IB), some lab experience, involved with various clubs and leadership roles in two, (one finance club, one student council type club).

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
If your internships were at highly reputable companies you might have a shot (GMAT dependent). If not, then your profile isn't a match for HBS in general yet, and 2+2 is even harder.
As an aside, a lot of folks who get accepted into 2+2 programs take the optional deferment for an extra year of work experience. It can be hard to recruit at b-school if you've only worked for two years - it's a con, not a pro, to go that early in most employers eyes.
