Asset Management Background:What are my chances Into HBS Or Wharton?

Hello, everyone, I would like to know my odds for HBS and Wharton:

-730 GMAT

-3.5 GPA from a top 15 school

-Economics and Finance Bachelor

-5 years work experience as a buy-side equity analyst in New York at a large asset manager,. The company is well known in Europe and Asia, less so in the US. The AUM is of $600bn. Previous internships during schools at top banks in S&T and IB

-Straight White man (from Portugal, do not think it counts as Hispanic)

-Plan to apply early decision

I know my stats are low for being a straight white man. However, my work experience is solid and I believe the admission officers may like my AM background which is very different from the standard IB/PE background folks have.

Probability of getting in? Also, Is there anything i can do to improve my chances? I really do not think I can get higher than a 730 and probably any lower-rated MBA is worth it for me. I have ruled out Stanford as I believe I have no chance there.

Thank you all in advance!
