B-School OCR - Two Quick Resume Questions

I am starting OCR in b-school for consulting. I have received two pieces of advice I have mixed feelings about regarding my resume for the campus resume book. I was hoping a few folks here may weigh in.

First, for consulting (MBB), should I list next to the CFA that I passed all three levels on the first try? I have thought that a little douchy when applying to finance jobs, but it's been suggested and maybe it makes sense in consulting where you don't have as many people that have failed out of the program.

Second, I don't have any activities listed in undergrad because I worked full time (32-40 hours) as a hotel doorman to support myself. It's been suggested that I list that where I would normally list activities. Does that seem like a good idea? If so how is it best phrased?

If I'm applying for corporate roles as well (rotational programs), should those resumes read differently in terms of these two points?
