So I'm a junior at a non-target but top 50 school looking to go to grad school - decent grads and internships. I took the GMATS and got a 770 on them, do you guys think I have a shot at a top MBA program? Option II is back office work.

Probably not a top bschool without some solid work experience and extracurriculars first.
Even if hypothetically you get into a top b-school, you would then graduate with peers who have much stronger resumes. The school is important, but firms want to see some sort of track record via your work experience before they're willing to take you for post-MBA roles.

Could be beneficial as a sign of intelligence. But choose based on firms you interview with. If you are looking at roles where historically people hired in are expected or often stick around without leaving for b-school then leave it out - since it signals that you aren't planning to stay for too long.
You won't get into a top business school right out of undergrad. You could consider applying for HBS 2+2 depending on your full profile.
My class has a grand total of 1 (one) person straight out of undergrad. Also, I highly advise against it on the basis that you will surely get less out of the experience than you would with some work experience.
I know youre familiar with the MSFs. Why arent you considering those?

I would concur with many above. While I won't speak of grad school eligibility I will say from a recruiting perspective (in banking) you'd be much better off getting some work experience under your belt. People seem to have mixed feelings about UG--> MBA (many are against, some are indifferent) and in this market it's best do not have any dings against you. Also, based on my own personal experience interviewing summer associates and having fresh MBA's join my group, you're really behind the curve without that prior experience.
Why not go for a decent 1-year pre-exp MSF program, MFE if you have the quant chops, then go through fall recruiting like normal to try and land a FO role? This way, you can keep the MBA for later in your career if necessary.
