Chances @ Rotman and is Degroote Commerce a good program?

Hey.

I pretty much fucked myself by getting a terrible grade in highschool. My average is 89.5 right now and got into Degroote for Commerce (McMaster) undergraduate and have yet to hear from Laurier or Rotman. My EC's are fairly good however, Charity Organization Executive, 6 Month Law Firm Coop, Consulting for a Social Enterprise etc..) Anyway what are my chances at Rotman and incase I dont get in, is Degroote fine for top finance/banking jobs? I'm also planning to transfer to Ivey in second year.

Appreciate any advice

Hey, I'm currently a second year DeGroote Student. Finance is a weak point for the program. On-Campus recruitment is quite limited for top finance jobs such as IB. Most major banks primarily recruit for sales roles such as accounts manager. Some students do manage to crack exclusive finance roles, but they are extremely driven and would likely pull it off regardless of the school they attend.
