COVID-19 Tuck Bridge Undergraduate Summer Program

I am a sophomore at a liberal arts school (non-target), so, understandably, I was quite excited to be accepted to the Tuck Bridge program in February as I felt it gave my resume more credibility and offered a good learning environment to develop. Much of this excitement revolved around the program occurring ON the Dartmouth campus, as the program is based around groupwork.

Earlier today, I received the email notifying us that the programs would be moved online and, if chosen, we could opt to defer our acceptance or withdraw. My current online classes are not nearly as effective as they were in person and much of the appeal of the bridge program is the campus. Furthermore, the price is now kinda insane for 4 weeks of online class, but it is understandable as to why they decided on that number.

To the other kids admitted to the Tuck bridge, what are you deciding to do and why. If not this what will you be doing given it's even harder to find an internship now than it was before. Idk other people can give their two cents too I am just looking for external opinions.

I am in a similar situation. I agree the cost is still high and the value is increasingly lower as I get annoyed with my current online classes. I my go back to my internship at an IB firm working in Data & Technology due to the alternative instruction. I graduate next year so I dont see value in deferred enrolement.
