Deferred Admission MBA programs

I'm currently a senior at a target (think Stanford or MIT) and will be joining a prop shop or quant fund after graduation.  I'm thinking about applying to deferred admission MBA programs to hedge myself, but I was wondering how scholarships work in this case.  I have a decent amount of student loans ~100k, so not sure how I would feel taking more lol (although I probably will be debt free at that point or close to it).

Also, FWIW I have taken the GRE 1.5 years ago and it will expire in 3.5 I believe.  Received a 164V/170Q breakdown which "translates" to a 770 GMAT score.  I did not study for the GRE, so should I actually study and take the GMAT?

Thanks in advance

Well, its not about recognizing the converter or not.  I'm just asking if it's worth it to take the GMAT at this point.  To be honest, after a bit of studying, I'm sure I can get around a 770 if not higher.  But it seems like my GRE score is above the average for the M7 programs I'm looking at, which is why I'm asking.
