Diametric Choices: Need Insights (Singapore v/s France)

I am an engineer (24M) working in the energy industry at the moment. I am switching into Finance and will be writing the CFA Level 1 exam in May 2025. My preferences are to go into project/infrastructure finance in IBs or into Trading. That brings me to the decision I need to make -
I have gotten into NTU MSc Financial Engineering (Singapore) and HEC Paris Masters in International Finance (MIF). To me these seem like very different choices, and I would like help regarding what I should consider while making the decision.

Your thoughts, opinions and suggestions are welcome! (Career opportunities, Cost and Earnings, Long Term growth are my priorities)
