Essec vs ESCP bachelors

Need help in deciding which offer to accept, either ESSEC BBA or ESCP Bachelor in Management. My career goals are Banking/IB/PE/VC, finance. Would pursue a masters degree after or MBA, in both Europe or US. My main concern is which is better to go to, in order to get into a top Masters program after and eventually land a good job. Also don’t speak French, would that be an issue at ESSEC?

Which for bachelors?

Don't go to any if you don't speak French... I recommend LSE, Warwick, Bocconi, RSM or HSG. Should you only have the choice between both then ESSEC because they have been running their undergrad for a way longer amount of time but regardless you should know that France works with prepa + master (the culture of bachelor is not well seen). Good luck!

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately those are my only two options. Perhaps I could transfer from ESSEC to another university because of its reputation? Like my first year could count as foundation and then I can start at LSE?

Program wise, doesn't matter between the two. They'll open you up to great masters programs after.

I imagine you are targeting London since you don't speak French? Escp is better for internships then since they have a campus there. For finance escp is better at the moment, for consulting and luxe I'd say essec.

I'd recommend doing London last. That way you can stack up spring internships in first few years and have a good shot at summer

Start or end in London, it is harder to end in London though because they only accept the top 10% or so. I personally didn't go to London (did Paris Turin Berlin) but am anyways targeting NYC so it doesn't matter. Going back to your question, I would recommend ESCP (yes I am biased bc I went there) - the ranking has been extremely good the past few years, always top 5 Financial Times, and long term ESCP's will be more well known
