ESSEC/HEC MFin

Hi everyone, I'm currently preparing for the application of 2024 fall. I wonder what's my chance of getting into ESSEC  and HEC's Master in Finance program. And I would appreciate it if I can gain some advice from you. Below is my background:

GPA:3.67/4.0

GRE:323 ( V155+Q168+3.5)

IELTS: 7.5

Professional experience:

①Ernst&Young-Audit Intern (2 months)

②A security company in Asia- Equity Research Intern (4 months)

Extracurriculum: Several leadership experiences and some volunteer experiences.

I worry that my GRE score is not high enough, plus both of my internships are not very solid because I didn't do a lot of core works. How should I refine my CV and PS under this circumstance? Should I retake the GRE test? Should I find another internship to do?

Most importantly, what's the best round to apply to with my background? I heard that it's easy to get rejected if applying to round 1 without the best background. Then which round is the best one for me to choose?

Thank you!
