Feedback on UMM Post-MBA VP Offer

Got an offer at a UMM fund (~$10Bn fund size, give or take a few bil) and wanted to run it by the community here to get a sense. My gut tells me that it’s pretty good but wanted to see if there was anything that looked off or I should ask about.

  • $500-600k cash (was told there’s upside to this range in certain circumstances)
  • $4mm carry DAW with 5 year straight line vest
  • Expected to commit to co-invest at least $200k (with 50% leverage provided by a third party lender)
  • No signing bonus or $ amount for relocation but was told not to worry about it

Haven’t seen any of the carry or fund docs yet but was told that they’re “pretty close to market.”
