Georgetown's MSF & Career Path Advice

Hi all, first post on WSO - been a lurker for the past year. I wanted to ask about Georgetown's MSF program since it is still relatively new and there's not too much information about it out there. Any idea how it stacks up with other MSFs like Vandy, WUSTL, and USC? I'm drawn to Georgetown's brand and alumni network (especially because I come from a non-target), but the $75k tuition is expensive. I'm debating I should just do the CFA instead of an MSF and go for an MBA down the road. On the other hand, I'm not sure if my profile would be competitive for a top 25 MBA program, but could be potentially competitive for top MSFs minus MIT/Princeton. My current goal is to move from MO/BO to FO on the buy-side as fast as possible. But if I fail to move to the FO just doing the CFA, I feel I'll have a tough time getting into a respected MBA program. Any thoughts would be appreciated - thanks!
