Globalization and International Experience and MBA Advice

I played division 1 football for all four years in college and I studied abroad in China. I have been learning Chinese for the past three years. I graduated with a 3.023 GPA but I was the only student at my university to graduate with my major.

I graduated with a job as a proprietary trader and ran my own account for about a year. After a year's experience, I moved to a Private Equity Fund that's based out of Hong Kong.

My resume is very strong and I have had amazing experiences and opportunities.

Eventually I am going to go to Business School in order to move up in my industry. How many years of experience should I get before going to Business School?

Does my international experience paint a nice picture? Will my low GPA lower my chances from getting into a top MBA?

I have interviewed with all the big firms and my GPA never seemed to matter while I was interviewing.

What career advice do people have for me. How should I spend my free time over the next 3 years?
