Good grades in undergrad, how much will my GMAT matter?

Went to a state school and got a 3.8 GPA, with honors, and was an officer in multiple clubs and organizations.

Trying to get into HSW or at least an M7. Do I still need to get 730+? Or do my good grades and ECs give me some cushion to score a little lower?

Harvard is avg 3.7 with a 730 GMAT, so your average expected GMAT range is probably 720-730 given your slightly higher than average GPA.
