Harvard/ Yale/Princeton/Stanford/MIT/Columbia or Wharton M &T 2022 college admission cycle

Hello WSO Community,

I am fortunate enough to be accepted at the above colleges.

I am interested in a career in finance ( HFT firms, maybe) after my undergraduate education. Plan to study computer science and maths.

Not a candidate for financial aid at any of the above, fees are approximately the same everywhere.

Understand that all are excellent choices, and one has to find a good fit.

My overall impression so far:

Wharton M & T: only 50  students accepted, preference given to a group of 50 as compared to other Upenn students, strong alumni network

Harvard: best well-rounded education

Yale: best known for political science and law but still can get offers from wall street firms after graduation

Princeton: more emphasis on undergrad education as compared to others, better campus

Stanford: best weather and close proximity to silicon valley, known for start-up culture but still can get jobs with wall street firms

MIT: Most likely to get jobs at wall street firms but have to compete with ~1300 equally strong students to get the best offers

Columbia: due to the NYC location easier to get placed with wall street firms

Which one will you choose and why?

Thanks.
