HELP deciding undergrad business school

I am currently a senior in highschool and due to COVID I cannot travel to schools to decide whether or not they match me. As such, I am turning to the internet to ask for advice. So far I have narrowed down my top two schools to IU Kelley and Utoronto Rotman Commerce

Within each of these offers I have also received different scholarships and honors opportunities. For example: At IU Kelley I have been accepted into the ACE program (top 3% of the class) and I have also received 8,000$ off per year (and I am in-state student so the price would be quite low). My concerns are that it's "reach" in terms of internships and networking might be small and I may not have the "international" aspect I would like having lived in Indiana my whole life. Also, what TRUE benefits does the ACE program have? Is it "legit" or just another form of attracting "elite" students? Lastly, how is IU Kelley viewed both in the US and Internationally?

At Toronto on the other hand, I have also received a 100,000 dollar scholarship weirdly divided into 30,000 the first two years and 20,000 the last. I have heard that if you file to become a Canadian resident (by living in an apartment for 6 months) school could cost as little as 6,000- but I'm not sure if this is true. Another benefit is, of course, the city, which I haven't visited since I was 8, but have heard (and slightly remember) great things about. Lastly, I was accepted into Vic One which, to be honest, I don't quite understand. My concerns are whether there is TRUE diversity or whether the majority is Asian and Canadian. Also, in terms of academics, how does Rotman compare to Kelley and would it be difficult returning back to the US from a Canadian undergrad? Additionally, is the networking process good at Utoronto- do many students get Internships? Lastly, is there a good student life and school spirit?

Any advice to any of these questions (I know I have a lot) would be VERY useful. Thank you :)
