How easy is it for Harvard students to break into IB?

It’s no secret that breaking into IB is quite difficult for the vast majority of people, especially for those coming from non-target schools.

Made me wonder: how easy is it for Harvard students to land a job in IB? Is is more or less guaranteed if they are interested in doing so?

Doubt there are any stats on this, but what would you say the success rate is for this demographic?

I suppose this goes for H/Y/P/S.
