Interesting topic for a final paper?

Hey everyone,

I would appreciate it if you can help me out finding an interesting topic in corporate finance for my graduation paper. Any idea is welcome. Is there anything currently which is a hot topic in the market? I am currently a bit lost with the main subject, which is corporate finance, where I shall find a specific field on my own? Maybe something regarding banks, insurances, regulations... I was just wondering if you would be so kind to share your ideas and let me profit from your experience as I am collecting information right now.

Thanks, John
