Interview through OCR or take the phone interview?

I applied for a job on the company website a while ago and I recently got a request for a phone interview (off-campus). I recently also submitted for the same program using my school's OCR channel and got the on-campus interview. Is it better to go with OCR? I looked at the people interviewing through OCR and there are a total of 24 students for probably only a few slots so it seems competitive. What would happen if I took the phone interview and went through the OCR interview as well?

Go for it. You aren't breaking any rules by taking the phone interview and also going through the OCR process.

One tip for OCR interviews, if you are able to choose time slots for your interview, try to schedule it for sometime in the afternoon. Interviewers will have just finished eating lunch and will be in a much better/relaxed mood, etc. I only have anecdotal evidence, but I remember when some of my classmates and I went through OCR interviews with investment banks, the ones that we had scheduled for earlier in the day (e.g 9:00 AM) were much more intense and we got grilled a lot more compared to ones that were later in the day (e.g. 2:00 PM)

If they're with different people, then you should do both. Phone interviews usually start out with a screen by HR, whereas OCR could be anyone.

My initial reaction was not interview with both because what if you made it past both OCR and phone screen. Then I realized they'd probably even more impressed with you. Then I thought about what if you make it through OCR but not the phone screen or vice-versa that'll look really bad especially if you encounter the person who dinged you at the superday.
