Just got into Cornell, but can't pursue an econ or business major due to college restrictions. What's next for me?

Do something technical (CS, electrical or mechanical engineering). Will pay you dividends for sure. As a senior who studied econ elsewhere and got a pretty good job, I think the sentiment is moving away from finance/business/econ majors. Maybe minor or double major in accounting.
Not stem. He’s literally better off doing history or English compared to stem.
