Lehigh vs Fordham

First time posting here, I only have a few days until I have to put a deposit down for college and need some help. While I’m not exactly sure what I want to do within finance, I am majoring in finance and have been accepted to multiple institutions. With merit scholarships and financial aid considered, I am down to 2 schools: Lehigh and Fordham. I’m pretty much at a crossroads for a number of reasons. On the Lehigh side, I feel there are a lot of reasons why it is the right choice for me. First, rankings-wise (USNWR), it beats Fordham significantly. Another reason is fraternities, which Fordham doesn’t have. These are 2 points my cousin, who works in finance, agreed with me on. I have also heard really positive reviews from recent graduates of my high school who are at Lehigh, and they all say they love it and feel it is setting them up well post-college. On the other side, I grew up and went to school literally 10 minutes away from Fordham. I’ve been on the campus many times and have many friends who attend, so I felt I should give it a second look. With that said, from researching and word of mouth, I am worried for a couple of reasons. When talking with my peers and reading reviews online, it seems like the Fordham brand carries very little respect. Not to sound pretentious, but I am also worried about the quality of students being accepted to Fordham. It seems like, at least from my high school, they are letting anyone in. It also doesn’t help that my best friend, who has never taken any upper-level classes and is a straight B student, was accepted with scholarship money for finance. Although from researching on this forum there seem to be some positive reviews that have made me reconsider. If any alumni or anyone with insight could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
