Low GPA but High GMAT: Chance to get into one of TOP business schools?

I am an international and thinking to apply to one of top business schools.
I graduated from one of top 10 universities in economics major with a 3.0 gpa.
The reason why I did not perform well is that I am a single mother raising my child alone without any support. My child was just 5 months when I came to the school, and there was no daycare until he gets two.

I have 730 gmat score and sufficient work experiences.
My target schools are: Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Haas, NYU, etc.
But I will also apply: UCLA, Washington (Foster), Cornell etc.

Any comments and advice are welcome!!
Thanks!
