My CEO wants me to take courses to prep for MBA

I just had my year-end review with the CEO of the bank that I work for, and as the title suggest he wants me to take some courses that could help me get into an European top MBA-program.

The bank I work recently went though a reorganization, leaving me as the only junior member of the deal-team (otherwise consisting of the most experienced part of the previous IB-team). I think that they might be worried that I will begin looking for another job, leaving them without anyone that can export a word-file to a PDF. As a result they encourage me to stay until I pursue an MBA in a couple of years, offering to sponsor any courses that could help me get into a top B-School.

My question is therefor the following: does anyone have any recommendations regarding courses?

I have a BSc in Business & Economics, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting, meaning that I have already taken all the basic/advanced finance, accounting, stat, econ, management courses that many articles suggest. I am yet to grind out the gmat and my GPA is probably just enough to get in, given my essay, GPA and CV are good enough.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations. :)
