Realistic mba hire dynamics
Hey all,
As google could tell you, one way of entry into the industry is by way of mba hire. I'm looking for some realistic viewpoints from the front lines about how this actually works; specifically: the paygrade and "ladder" placement given to an mba hire; The firms that usually hire from t10, t20, t30, etc. and where in the bschool rankings the odds of reliably getting hired falls off. And on the same note, notable "pipelines" or couplings of bschools and banks that usually result in good chances of getting hired.
Thanks in advance.
