Requirements for McGill

Hi everyone, I'm new to the website so if my topic isn't at the right place just tell me :)

So, I'm a french student and i'm having doubts about my future and the studies that i do. Actually i'm in "Faculté de médecine" and i'd like to know if the grades that i had at the "French baccalauréate series S with honors" can make me enter McGill (or another great finance school that you would make me discover :) ). So, let's talk about numbers.
My average is 12.68/20 with a 15/20 in maths, a 14/20 in physics/chemistry and an 18/20 in English (European section). I should have had a much better average but i totally failed what we call "Science et vie de la terre", i guess it's something like biology but talking about the rocks and etc... I had a 7/20 in this "biology-like" which weights as much as the physics/chemistry.

Do they count that in McGill ? Because i don't think Biology is really relevant in finance...

Thanks to all of you :)

Post scriptum: sorry about my english but i didn't practice for almost a year... :)

Why are you having doubts? Are they just doubts or are you 100% deadset that you want to study business and not medicine? Seems like biology isn't your thing. Do you know what you want to do professionally with a BComm. degree from McGill? Have you called admissions?

I thought that i would be totally fulfilled with things that they teach us in medicine but it's not the case. I noticed that i need to understand to learn something, and in medicine you don't understand (in the first years ..) you just learn and spill it all out at the test and that really disappoints me. I've always loved numbers, maths ... and i really miss it in medicine.

I want to work in banking (actually i prefer not to have a really precise goal because I don't want to be frustrated if I don't reach my goal). I do not know much about all "investment banking" and that stuff. I'm discovering it with WSO which really helps me. Didn't call them yet but I sent a mail, waiting for the answer.

Yeah. You go to McGill, you're in Montreal...get your ass over to admissions and ask them in person, or book an appointment, or at the very least call them. And you're already setting yourself up for failure by being vague (and scared) of what you want. Pick a goal you really want, make a plan and go full-tilt on it.
