Should I move from Oracle to Google if I have upward trajectory at current company?

Hi all. I'm a sales and marketing professional at Oracle. I've been here two and a half years, and have had 2 promotions, first from a Business Dev Rep to a Sr. Business Dev Rep, and then an Account Executive. I've been in the top 20% of the sales force, and have strong relationships with my superiors. I've made an impact, and my superiors have said they'll write strong letters of rec and I could become a manager of a 15 member team within a year if I keep up the good work. I've also taken on leadership positions, like being the President of Toastmasters for our office.

That said, I recently got offered an Account Executive sales/marketing position at Google. The pay is slightly higher, but I would lose all the connections and upward trajectory I've built here at Oracle. That said, it is a great opportunity, and Google has prestige.

From an MBA admissions perspective, should I jump on this opportunity to work at Google? For reference, here are my other stats: 750 GMAT, Georgetown undergrad, 3.8 GPA, Psychology major. For ECs, I've been involved in community organizing fighting the opioid/heroin crisis. My goal with the MBA is to get into a corporate marketing management position at a top f500 company (preferably tech).

I'm aiming for M7, although I'd be fine with a good t15 school.

Thanks!
