State school over a T50?

hello everyone, I am a senior in high school & I'm trying to choose where I'm going to school next year. I was accepted into GSU(State), UGA, PENN State, & LSU. I want to major in finance (but I don't know what I want to do after I graduate- maybe IB or corporate finance? The two schools I have narrowed down to are GSU & UGA and after weeks of contemplating I'm tempted to say I'm leaning towards GSU (55/45 nonetheless). My question today is.. would I be stupid to choose GSU over UGA? GSU definitely has the better location & is ranked #1 with best undergrad & #2 in most innovative but UGA is a T50. UGA also arguably has the best alumni network in the southeast. I may be thinking too much into this but it is one of the most important decisions I'll be making in the next couple of years. Any advice/ direction is greatly appreciated. thank you!

Forgot to mention, I know I mentioned one school is a T50 while the other isn’t necessarily ranked in that regard. But neither schools are targets - so my follow up question is... does it really matter?
