target school

Hi all, I’m stressing a lot on grades. Still in high school, but it’s too late now. I know I cannot get into any target or semi target for IB. My only option is to apply instate to rbs if i somehow get in. So I have 2 backup options if I do not get in. How is rutgers economics and seton halls business school for breaking into IB? If I manage to get a 3.6 maybe 3.7 there what would I be looking like for IB. I want to work for a tier 1 company, but I feel like a retarded high school mistake is now going to cost me my whole future. Can someone please pm me or just comment some advice. It would mean the world. Thanks.
