U Mich Ross vs Cornell ILR

I picked Cornell ILR over U Mich Ross did I make a noob move? I really hope I made the right decision for ft ib. I wanted to go to New York and heard people tell me Cornell placed very strong as well with Ross.

Dont know why the post above got ms. Pretty equal shot at BB, MF from both. Cornell ILR still benefits from the strong business infrastructure at Cornell, and have equal access to networking with top EBs, BB, and select MF HF that host on campus. Ultimately comes down to which school's social atmosphere you will like better, and whether or not IVY status matters to you in the long run.

any Cornell major can get into nyc investment banking if she/he wants it. as you are a non-finance major maybe consider taking a few finance electives + good ECs to get an edge since you won’t be exposed to pure finance directly in your major (believe ILR’s program stresses economics, not finance, but correct if wrong). try searching linkedin to see where alum are
