UChicago, WashU, or Berkeley?
I got accepted into UChicago (economics), WashU (business administration), and Berkeley (in-state, economics) and am wondering which school is the best path for IB.
In terms of finances, I received a merit scholarship to UChicago for $25,000 per year, which puts the cost at roughly $49k per year. On the other hand, Berkeley comes in at around $36k per year and WashU is roughly $30k per year (after financial aid). Which path do you think would be the best for me? I know UChicago is the most prestigious and I'm looking to major in business economics, but I am a bit scared of the workload.
Uchicago no question imo

I'm a washu alum and I picked washu over UCB in-state. I would go Uchicago 100% if you wanna do IB. It's the best mix of private school resources and target school status. The poster who says UCB has the same placements as Uchicago is absolutely cappin as UCB is literally 4x larger AND you need to apply to go to Haas your sophomore year.
and Haas only has a 30% internal acceptance rate so a good amount of kids get screwed
No, you don't need Haas...you're the one that is "cappin". Plenty of economics major find their way into IB.
U of C is 100% worth the price difference.
