UCLA(Bus Econ) vs USC (Marshall) vs CAL (Econ) for IB after college west coast

Im in high school and have 15 days to make my college decision. My biggest draw back with USC is possibly less prestige and less of an academic environment, while UCLA doesnt have a business school for undergrad and Im probably not going to be able to transfer into HAAS with new 4 year program taking spots away. I want to learn/get technical skills like CS and may not be able to get those classes at the UC's (heard its hard to get classes you want) while at USC I have a joint degree with engineering school. Price is not a issue. Thank you.

Cal, best choice for you here. Want to pivot after? Great, Cal's got you.

If you're set on IB Marshall's more of a target than non-Haas Cal or UCLA bizecon. Placements get better every year and it's a much better college experience.

If you wanna pivot to CS it's closer but Viterbi's a strong program with good pipelines to all major West Coast tech companies and you'll get classes much easier than at Cal where you'll be fighting with thousands of other kids for a 200+ person lecture.
