I FINALLY DID IT, I GOT A FT OFFER!

After recruiting for 9 months, being turned down, waitlisted, and humbled many times. I FINALLY did it, I got an offer.
3-4 months ago I made a post sharing some metrics of my recruiting process and how challenging it has been. Below you’ll find updated numbers of my recruiting experience:
Applications completed: 480+
Cold out reach messages sent: 460+Networking calls / coffees had: 85+
Networking turned into interviews: 8
Interviews attended: 47 rounds
Offers received: 3
Some of these numbers may be boring to many of you, but they are a reflection of how challenging it has been to recruit in this market. And a reminder that you’re not alone and to keep your head up. Do not quit. Do not give up. It is only over once you want it to be over.
