Have the opportunity to move into the supply and operations arm of a physical trading house with the chance to eventually lateral to a trading desk. Compensation for the position is relatively low but it could be worth it given the lateral opportunity. I know a trader’s comp is heavily P&L based, but what are some current numbers for commodity traders?
