Hedge Fund Trader Comp
Hi, I have been offered a position at a london based hedge fund with 8-10bn AUM. The positions is an execution trader in a multi asset role.I am joining straight from finishing my masters. Please can someone provide an idea of the compensation i should be looking for?

I'd expect about the same as sell side comp but with more upside on bonus if you and/or the fund does well + faster salary progression.
