HELP REQUIRED - GUIDANCE: COMMODITIES TRADING

Dear all,

In brief, I have been working for around 2 years in the Middle-East in trading of soft commodities (physical) and I have acquired various operational & business skills in trade finance, logistics, market research, and business development.

Prior to that I had worked for 4 years for a leading auto manufacturer in Asia, as an economist where I honed my analytical and quantitative skills.
My strong willingness to build a career in Commodities trading is what made me move from auto.

I decided to take a short career break in order to co-found a startup and educate myself in I.T Programming languages (Python, C, C++, HTML). It has been 3 months now and I would like to get back into commodities and get on a path to become a trader.

I’m on the lookout for new opportunities in the trading of commodities and at the same time I would like to improve my qualifications and knowledge to become a trader. I request help from anyone of you to guide me in acquiring the proper qualifications and I’m open to any opportunities anywhere. I graduated in Economics & Management, and hold an M.Sc in International trade with a minor in Finance and strategy. I’m 28 years old, an EU national and speak 5 languages. I have worked and lived in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Your thoughts and feedback would be much appreciated.
