Hold Brothers Capital - Equity Proprietary Trader

I keep on coming across job posts for "Equity Proprietary Trader" at Hold Brothers, and was hoping someone had some insight on working there. Are these guys legit, or are they one of those shops that are just after you paying a few thousand bucks for some lousy training program. (yes I know I already posted this in the "Job Search Advice" forum, but I now realize this would have been a more appropriate forum to post in it)

insight, not in-site

Because when you're in a room full of smart people, smart suddenly doesn't matter—interesting is what matters.

I'm an undergrad about to graduate, looking into trading jobs. I sent them an e-mail and a guy from Hold Bros. gave me a call: they don't have a training program, are looking for experienced traders, and require a capital contribution (they fund you 25x your contribution). So they might not be what you're looking for, but I wouldn't say that they're a sleazy chop shop. Hope that helps...
