How to prepare myself as a full-time analyst in Sales and Trading

I finished my Sales and Trading internship in a BB last summer. I am very lucky to get a full time graduate analyst offer. But to be honest, during the internship I did not interact with traders or structurers frequently as I spent most of the time staying in my sales team and tried to help them... Even though I am happy to get an offer, I feel very nervous about the rotation after graduation. I am quite unsure if my background (undergrad of Finance) can be sufficient when I rotate to trading or structuring. I have taken a few math courses in the college and also one VBA course.

My question is: 1. How quantitative is rates/commodities/credit structuring or trading? How can I train myself while in school before starting the job in July? 2. I am planning to strengthen my VBA and options basic knowledge. And keep following the headlines to understand the market better. Any recommendations on the books/videos I can refer to?

Thanks a lot for reading and appreciate any reply.
