Depends where you see yourself in the next few years. You want to be in tech? JPM all the way. VC shops recruit from there a ton. DB's advisory practice is still fine with great exit opps, you'll just be more likely to go to an east coast shop if you exit. But given JPM SF's dealflow I'd personally take that

How easy/difficult is it to lateral back to NYC after SA for FT within the bank?
Do you know how their TMT group is though? They have both M&A and TMT in SF, so would the TMT group still do the modelling or would it be more pitching? How easy is one to switch laterally to different offices though after summering?
