Are you diversity? Curious because I applied as part of the regular pool. Anyways, JPM has a reputation for being pretty fit-based, but make sure you’re up to date on the market and have good answers for why sales and why JPM.

Is there a job description? Not sure what specific group is “market” sales - but can help prep for loan capital markets sales / loan sales, for syndicated loans distributed to banks (Revolver / Term Loan A), and for riskier, leveraged finance deals, Term Loan B’s sold to institutional investors such as CLO, credit fund, BDC, direct lenders, loan mutual funds, etc.
It’s basically sales and trading but just the sales aspect of it. Thank you!
