Applications for more than half of the firms you listed are actually open. Each company calls S&T something different but look for "Markets Analyst" or "Securities division" or "Capital Markets" etc. and don't try and worry which desk you get on, you're a junior. Look online and find 2018 Summer Analyst spots for S&T. Good Luck
