So there are Wall Street Prep, Dealmaven, etc for people who wanna know more about IBD (modeling), are there any equivalent in Sales and Trading? Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

no course will teach you this. heck, the average trader won't even teach you this.

likewise. trading different products is different. there is no blanket answer. trading rates is not like trading equities. or like trading corporate bonds. or like commodities.
