Quant firm interview questions
I'm currently going through the interview process and had a few questions regarding the Optiver and Akuna tests. What is the first screener like Optiver like? I have read previous posts but it seems as if Optiver has changed their process and the screener is now done through HackerRank. Additionally what is the one sided interview for Akuna Capital like and what should I expect?
Expect probability questions, brainteasers, and math questions. If it’s an option related role, refresh yourself on butterflies. The questions change regularly but the types of questions have been the same for years.
They stopped asking to read a couple of option pricing books? Lol I remember I was asked to read "Option pricing and volatility - advanced strategies and trading technique"
Technical interview wise, is mainly option pricing, brainteasers, mental math question
So no algorithmic questions? How about calc/lin alg? (I'm interviewing there for Quantitative Trader position if that helps)
