If I buy a look a like swap over the counter and hedge it with fixed price NYMEX... Is my only exposure receiving float via L3D? Am I missing something here?

right now, I see the summer winter injection premium currently tradin .3390 , When do producers / marketers take advantage of this?
I know winter gas isn't summer gas so as you already know I'm forward looking.
Do you have basis in the OTC product ?
If so you have exposure there , you need to financially hedge both the NG Nymex component and the basis component to fully hedge the all in fixed price swap you got from the OTC (assuming it has both basis and NG).
