S&T Associate Total Comp
What total comp figures are you folks hearing for S&T associates? Curious about both internal promotes and lateral hires. Curious also about both more junior and more senior associates.
Kind of worried that I just lowballed myself. I assumed pay was standardized at such a junior level so I wasn't prepared with an answer.

140 base + ($50k-$85K) for first years assuming no book and %. 160k base + ($O+) after that
