Trading Simulation Prep
Hi all,I have an upcoming assessment day at a commodity house.Itinerary includes trading simulations and a negotiation exercise. Although I have strong commercial and technical knowledge of the commodities sector, I have no experience with trading simulations/negotiation exercises.Would appreciate insights on what to expect, preparation and what the assessors consider - especially from those in the commodities sector.
