Transfer to International office after NY BB SA Stint

I'm an incoming summer analyst at a BB (Citi/BAML/MS/GS) in S&T in NYC for summer of 2019. I was wondering if it would be possible (if I receive the return offer obviously) to transfer to an international office (HK/SG) for my FT analyst position? Has this been done at all in the past? Would greatly appreciate the insight
