What are the highest new grad salaries in tech sales?

I did a lot of research on the internet, but I wasn't able to find any data.

1. I read this person saying that an Azure Specialist at Microsoft gets so many free perks. What perks do they get? How much do they get paid?

2. What are the perks you get as someone in tech sales?

3. What kind of skills do you need to get into tech sales as a new grad?

4. Is this a better option for a new grad than SWE (which pays anywhere between 80K - 350K)? Also, does this depend on your percentile in each area?

5. Are there any websites/forums discussing this area of work? Are there any wikis like "Road to Tech Sales" or something?

Thanks for all the help.
