Depends on your skill level. I converted 60% of my superdays into offers (3/5). I know others who only got one offer and others who got more than me. The reality is that most candidates will not get an offer from the superday so you really have to impress.

Usually 1/3 or 1/4 rate from what I’ve heard (not trying to scare you). From my experience, atleast 50% of kids at a super have no business being there so it’s like a 50/50 among kids who know what an income statement is

Econ majors who go to a target school be like...

But yeah, being able to understand finance at a fundamental/polished level is huge - unless you've done a whole lot of mock interviews with people who are the best interviewees at your school and structure your answers that way, you'll sound straight like you stumbled out of the guides and it's kind of a big turn off for them.

I would say if you know your finance and have developed great stories for behaviorals/why's, it's 3/4. But there a whole lot of people who don't, and the actual number is about 1/4.
