Worried about Juniors leaving

Hey monkeys,

I know it's somewhat common for junior turnover but recently I noticed that some of the juniors I worked with as an intern last summer have left for other opportunities. I work in a small team with only ~5 juniors in the whole group and am returning FT in the summer.

Is this cause for concern? Maybe wishful thinking but could be an opportunity for more facetime with seniors and shows external mobility?
