I would dilute it and talk about references in the interview but wouldnt put it in writing.
Your post sounds like an exaggeration/lie. So your doing something.
You VP responsibilities as analyst (I don’t know how Trading operates in banks) but that’s skipping a bunch of levels I believe.
You had a positive pnl record with only a couple years if I am guessing correctly?
Besides sounds off. If you are crushing it why would you leave the industry? That sounds like a lie. Maybe switch seats but not take a break early in your career.
